The stroke order is incorrect for characters with shan1 "mountain" as a left-side component. The center vertical stroke should be first. (Discovered early November, 2002.)
The list of characters by radical for the "bamboo" radical (118) shows hardly any characters. A temporary solution is to list "characters containing components" instead, which gives lots of characters containing "bamboo".
The "Reference" triangle buttons in zidian entries point to a non-existent file named "refer.u8"; the actual file is named "refer", and is located in the Text folder. You can fix the problem by opening that file (using the Open command), and then saving it (using the Save As command) with the name "refer.u8", in the Text folder, with the UTF-8 format.
On Macintosh OS X 10.2 ("Jaguar") only, Wenlin 3.0 crashes if you choose "Mac OS Hanzi" from the Font menu.
On MS-Windows, for the "Make Transformed Copy command", some items may appear to be missing from the pop-up menu, such as "Full/Simple Form Characters". Actually, those items are not missing, but you may need to scroll to make them visible, either by dragging with the mouse or by pressing the up/down arrow keys.
