We promise to keep your personal information confidential (as given in registration forms, etc.). We have never given or sold our customer list to other companies, and we will not do so without explicit permission from our customers. We are strongly opposed to "spam".
One time (in 1997 or 1998?) we sent letters to the mailing list of the Chinese Language Teachers Association. Otherwise, we have not sent any mass mailings by regular mail or email.
In the future, we might send emails to all our customers to let them know about new versions of our software or related products, but we promise to make it easy for our customers to remove themselves from our mailing list.
