Important: when you send email, please make sure the Subject line is descriptive and doesn't look like spam (junk mail). We get thousands of spams daily, causing some serious email problems at wenlin.com. If a message only has a subject like "Hello" or "question", we might accidentally delete it without ever reading it.
Also, when you contact us for technical support, it generally helps if you mention your Wenlin version number and your operating system (e.g., Windows 7, Mac OS 10.6), and any other relevant details such as error messages.
